The roots of our company
-4H-JENA engineering GmbH was founded in 1991. In meanwhile almost 30 years the profile of the company constantly evolved. The company is oriented towards the challenges of an increasingly complex market.
This development is also reflected in the consistent orientation of the production profile from the single-solution to a system supplier. The aim of our company philosophy was and is the individual optimal realization of customer demands and the associated customer satisfaction. We meet our customers and employees with respect, fairness and openness. Our customers value us for our competence, structured acting, and reliability.
The introduction of a quality management system (QMS) in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 took place in 1997. The ongoing recertifications reflect our high quality standards. In 2017, we have upgraded our QMS to the current standard DIN EN 9001: 2015 and have been certified. The conversion was funded by the European Social Fund and by state funds of the Free State of Thuringia.
